This is the work that was undertaken as part of a comprehensive re-brand initiative. Sadly, the project was abandoned mid-way through and the company resorted to refining their existing brand instead.
What I'll describe is the process that I went through in looking at how the new branding guidelines could be applied to the public-facing website.
After forming a UX brief and documenting existing user flows. I then created new user flows before starting working on lo-fi wireframes.
I translated the wireframes into UI by applying the new branding guidelines. Below are designs for the core pages for both desktop and mobile.

Business broadband designs.
Finally, the My Account section.
Work was then undertaken to create a native iOS app. This was effectively the 'My Account' section with added functionality for customers.
