SendPath manages high-volume marketing and transactional email campaigns predominantly for the finance, telecoms and logistics sectors.
Clear and straight-forward UI / UX was needed in order to accommodate users with different roles and skill-sets. From creatives who build the campaigns to marketing managers who need access to analytics.
The challenge was to design an interface that provided the entire feature set to mobile users, not just a cut down version. This meant you could, in theory, build a brand new campaign from scratch on your mobile device and get the same experience as desktop users.
My role for this was UI and UX and Front-End Development.
